Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn BIRKENSTOCK products in their original shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your prepared return to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off location and retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.
