What is the difference between the Regular Footbed and the Soft Footbed?
Our Regular Footbed features an anatomically shaped cork-latex core designed for firm support. The Soft Footbed includes an integrated permanently elastic latex cushion, providing immediate comfort from the first step.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the original packaging is intact. Returns are free when using our prepaid shipping label.
How should I care for my BIRKENSTOCK leather and cork?
Keep leather supple by using a leather conditioner. For the cork, we recommend applying a thin layer of cork sealer if it appears dull or dry to prevent cracking and maintain its longevity.
Can my BIRKENSTOCK sandals be repaired?
Yes, many of our models are designed to be repairable. Our footbeds and soles can be replaced by authorized repair shops to extend the life of your favorite footwear.
